Please note the recent changes to our return policy for online order purchases.
Maii Mai accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, ordered for refund or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase. Returns of swimwear, bodysuits and intimates will only be accepted with the original tags and protective liners intact. Beauty products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.

All monogrammed, personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all items that have been altered are final sale.

 " COVID-19" 으로 인해 반품 또는 교환을받지 않습니다.

• 상품 수령일 포함 24시간 이내 이메일을 통해 교환/환불/반품 요청을 먼저 꼭 해주셔야하며, 상품수령 후 주말, 공휴일 포함하여 7일 이내 상품 반송이 완료되어야 처리가능 합니다.

• 이메일로 사전요청 없이 상품 반송 시, 교환/환불/반품 처리가 불가하며 되지 않으며 통보 없이 재반송될 수 있습니다.  

• 배송비는 불량이나 오배송인 경우 Maii Mai 가 부담하고 고객 단순 변심의 경우(색상,사이즈 교환 등 포함) 환불 교환이 불가능 합니다.

• 이미 사용해서 제품의 가치가 훼손된 경우 반품 교환처리 되지 않습니다.

• 제작 공정시 생길수 있는 자연스러운 현상 등 제품 설명란에 미리 고지한 부분에 대해서는 이를 이유로 교환 및 반품이 불가합니다.

                                                               

                                                               SHIP YOUR RETURN​

• For Maii Mai Insiders, We charge  shipping fee if returned over 7 days. For all others, the cost of return shipping, $7.50 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund.

• Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

                                  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER RETURN OPTIONS

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email mj.maiimai@gmail.com within 7 days of the original purchase to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return. If you choose to return an item, our international shipping partner, USPS parcel, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges. International orders placed at shop.maiimai.com or by phone cannot be returned or exchanged
